Vendors with the Quickest Regular Shipping on Wholesale Stencil Orders?

Hi All,

I need to place a large order for stencils and will pay for express shipping if necessary, but I was wondering if anyone buys stencils regularly and can tell me the average ship times for orders for the vendors you buy from.

I need to receive the order by Friday for a festival this weekend.
