Cast Painting Empty Cast Painting

So my neighbor had an accident on her bike and broke both her arms. Yikes!
But they are just compression fractures so she should be fine in about 4 weeks.

So her and her father show up on my door step and my eyes go wide as dinner plates at both her arm casts. One is signed by all her friends and one she was saving for me! awwww! She said she just wanted something colorful, so here's what I did!

She loved it! ^.^

As for painting on plaster, it worked rather well, it's a bit of a paint suck, but not too bad. We also sprayed that sucker with Crystal Clear after to make it last longer Very Happy

Hope it helps makes a sh!tty situation a little brighter Razz

Both arms?  Oh goodness, girl... ouch...

Looks like you certainly made it a situation she can be proud of - love the colors!

So pretty! What a nice thing to do for that little girl. I'm sure she was so stoked. I broke both my arms when I was little and I would have traded my pink casts for one like that any day lol
