I just bit the bullet and got my first bag of balloons to practice with so I can add balloons to my face painting. My 6-year-old was intrigued and immediately asked to learn. Of course I'm just starting out so we're kind of learning together! I'm truly impressed at how fast she caught on and even learned how to tie the balloon. The only thing that's been getting in her way is wrapping her hands around several layers of balloon to twist. I'm thinking of getting her a bag of 160s. does anyone make animals, etc. from 160s? Does it just end up looking like a smaller, more delicate version? I realize it wouldn't be a huge investment to find out; curious, though, if anyone has experience.
I have small hands as well (almost kid sized). 160s make cute miniatures and as her hands get larger/stringer she can just adapt...my younger kids just started with softer (less inflated) 260s...
You're welcome---(meant stronger, no stringer btw---
